Everyone is willing to help!

KC is like a second home to me. Between the helpful staff and faculty, as well as the inviting campus, I never wanted to leave! Please, consider KC an opportunity in our community. Its perfect for general classes and you will save money while enjoying school more than you would at ANY university while at KC.

Kaskaskia College changed my life. Great education with some amazing teachers at an affordable price. I am transferring to a university no problem thanks to the teachers here! I highly recommend attending this school to get generals out of the way at an affordable price! (Plus the cafeteria food is great!)

Don't go. The cafe is tiny and has no selections. Location is in the middle of nowhere. Buildings are not labeled. One minute you are in the administartion building the next hallway you are in the library building. Classes are dropped a week before they are supposed to start and classrooms changes the day the class starts.

Its cheap is why i went here. its located in the middle of know where. the food is bland and priced okay. classes get cancelled only a week before they are scheduled to begin for non enrollment. when that happens they call you. some of the required classes have only 1 teacher that teaches that subject. So you are stuck with a teacher that stinks.
Overall 1.3
If you want an easy degree that requires less knowledge than it takes to graduate highschool this is probably the best place. The assignments and workloads are a joke and none of my professors care about their students actually learning anything. They also frequently do not understand the material and make statements that contradict our books.

campus is middle of no where. very limited resources for adult students. It caters towards the athletes and straight out of high school. councilors don't seam to know about med school requirements.

Pick something else.

I do NOT suggest Kaskaskias ultrasound program. I could not bare another day with the program coordinator, she is rude and so unprofessional with the things that come out of her mouth. She should not be allowed to teach!!!!!
Overall 1.6
Not worth it.

Most of the instructors at this school are actually willing to put in the extra time to help you succeed. If you're looking for the "campus" experience. This is not the place to go. There is no common area where people hang out. It is in the middle of nowhere in a field next door to a prison in a dying Midwest town. My take: Go somewhere else.
Overall 1.9
The instructors are decent and if you work hard you'll pass the classes. Wide variety of programs but not much else. If you're looking to make friends in college or any sort of social connections, this is not the place. There is also absolutely nothing to do around Centralia. Overall academically fine, socially devoid of life.
