Good reviews
Overall 4.5
The staff and students at this school are phenominal, everyone in the city knows of this school. Food is fantastic and it's great to be surrounded by people sharing the same passion. Dress code is strict but as a chef, you should always respect your chef whites. Only downside is the cost of this school, way overpriced!
Overall 4.2
I would disregard the prior reviews. This is a great school, with a great caring staff, and tons of opportunities if you seek them out. Not everything here is perfect, especially the dress code. Also the people , I hear complaining about the school are those who are not interested in the Hospitality Industry.. Only go here if it is your passion

Was very lucky to have an engaging experience prior to the "for-profit" model fully kicking in. Do your research and be advised that students are now merely a number. Class sizes have been on the increase and there is a revolving door of adjunct faculty. Not what it used to be in Evanston... sad, really.
