All of the workers in the Offices in the Student Services building seem to hate their jobs. They are horrible to work with and I wish they would fire them all and hire completely new. Also the professors are essentially terrible as well. They hardly ever answer their emails, and are usually not in their offices during office hours. Joke of a school
Overall 1.3
The facilities are run down, the administration is disorganized, and while there are a few decent professors, most the faculty ranges from lackluster to down right awful. The school is located between Lexington and Louisville, so there are some interesting things if you drive, but Frankfort itself is boring. Pretty much anywhere else is better.

Staff very rude and do not care about their students. Very rude on the phone if you can even get them to answer.

Financial aid office and most other offices are not helpful at all. The small classes are small and most professors are kind. Scholarships are readily available. AVOID THE HALLS!!! It is a freshman dorm that is out of control and the fire alarms are always being pulled. Definitely check out the pizza place. The calzones are amazing.

This school is a joke, I was forced to go here because my employer was paying for the education or I would never have chosen this school. Some professors are good, most won't even answer an email. And forget about getting someone in an administrative office to answer a question or pick up the phone. Wish I had never went here!
