Kilgore College is an amazing. The college is great for those who are starting out in their discipline. It is also a great college to pick up classes during the summer if you are interested in getting ahead or if you have need to take a course to maintain your graduation. Kilgore College a top-notch college.

I love KC! It has provided me with a ton of different opportunities that will help me succeed in the future. The staff at the college is amazing! They really care about the students and will try their best to accommodate.
Overall 4.3
As a non-traditional student my viewpoint is slightly different than that of a traditional student. The educators, staff and campus are excellent. They encourage ALL students and are willing to help with any situation. They are understanding about life demands outside of classroom (i.e.kids, work, etc.)
Overall 4.2
Most of the teachers are very helpful and they all want you to do well. If you will communicate with them and not sit in class texting a yacking to friends you will succeed!!
Overall 4.1
The campus is nicely done and the Library is newly decorated. They just put in a Starbucks in the Library. The book store handles all your class needs . The only thing I had to buy is a pencil holder. The internet on campus is a choice, there are two. It is very nice here and I have not had a professor I do not like.
Overall 4.1
This is a great college. It is small so it is very nice to walk across campus and along the way have 2 or 3 people say hello to you and call you by name. The mentor program is wonderful, I don't know where I would be without mine.

Overall 1.8
This is not a veteran friendly school. They have a lot of work to do with educating the staff on veteran disabilities and how to assist thier success. This school has a great special populations counselor, but a lack of support towards that department. The math department seems to be the most resistant and compasionate to veterans w/ disabilities.

It's funny how they go out of their way to mention that Kilgore is nothing like high school when it is the exact same thing. If there were more options in the area I would definitely not go to Kilgore. But, unfortunately, the win by default.
Overall 2
Very quiet school, some opportunities for social interaction and fun. Aramark food and foodservice in spotty, sometimes decent, sometimes great, mostly terrible and sloppy. Service is terrible, the breakfast lady is a mean whore. Overall, KC is an average place to get a quick 2 year education or to restart your education, just have to deal with alot
