Bring your food. Save $. For student life, they're always working on it. Email your ideas so they KNOW what YOU want. Perhaps sign up to LEAD clubs. & SHOW UP. Volunteer for Instant friends. Email the KSA with any suggestions/questions you have. They have their meeting minutes online. It isn't your responsibility to take initiative but still try.

STAY AWAY!!! TRYING TO GET ANYTHING RESOLVED WITH ADMINISTRATION IS A HEADACHE! CHARGE FEES BUT CAN NOT GIVE YOU AN EXPLANATION ON WHY THEY ARE CHARGING YOU! DEFINITELY NOT A MULTICULTURAL COLLEGE
Overall 1.4
Go to this school if you want to cry unemployed. IT program oversaturated, guarantee international students, program outdated 9 years. (Research it!)
Overall 1.5
Go to UFV, being in the middle of surrey is super sketchy, the schools atmosphere is really bad, its not a fun place to go, I switched to UFV and loved it 10x better
Overall 1.5
Horrible fine arts program. Teachers were harsh graders some cant even drawpaint or sculpt. Critiques were harsh and it turned students against each other even with a good prof. Threats were even made. Students destroy artworks of students they dont like or competitive with and then counselling goes around looking for a scapegoat. Avoid Ceramics.
Overall 1.6
The reputation is bad compared to other unis in the area, too many international students, cant get any classes I want as there are very limited classes and a lot of students registering for the same ones. The campus is nothing special and the gym is the smallest i have seen even smaller than colleges. The registeration system is awful.

SO hard to get into the course you need they dont offer enough mandatory course for you the majors and minors so youre waiting around for a chance to get into the class you need. Because the class are small its kind of like high school so if you dont speak a foreign language you sit in silence. The teachers are a mash of awful bad and awesome

KPU keep same bad instructors over years, even though, they are receiving students reviews every semester! Some instructors force students to buy an expensive textbook or subscription for some websites while we can do homework on Moodle. Basically, hey make us pay more expenses to make the correction process for homework easier for instructors!!

Nothing can be solved ever, when you send an email there will always be more and more. I do not recommend this place at all. If it works by chance, it works, but if not, it is impossible to do anything.
