Good reviews
Overall 4
You will see a lot of poor reviews from past and current students. While some of their points have merit, a majority are things you will find everywhere. Ultimately, LECOM is an average to above-average program. The faculty make up for the lack of competent administration.
Bad reviews
Overall 1.3
There arent enough characters to describe the monstrosity that is LECOM. Faculty are extremely rude and unprofessional, the school does not ensure student success by any means. Clinical knowledge compared to other schools and students in the area will make you embarrassed to be on rotations. I do not recommend the school to anyone.
Overall 1.4
I got reeled into LECOM because the EAP caught my eye. This school is cheap and allows you to get out of taking the MCAT for a reason. People warned me about coming here but I chose to ignore them and now I'm paying the price. You will becoming a punching bag for LECOM but you'll eventually grow numb to the pain. Get a therapist before coming here.
Overall 1.6
You will likely have to write a 10 page paper on professionalism at some point while they are passive aggressive and rude to students. This school is horrible and you are micromanaged along the way. They cant seem to get their act together and I regret coming here. I will always tell people to NOT go here. Which is sad, you should like your school.
Overall 1.7
Proceed with caution. This school is significantly cheaper than the others for a reason. Very old-fashioned mentality among many of the head faculty. Irrational rules and regulations and their superiority complex, as a whole, is very disappointing. Please re-consider if you have your eyes on this school. Every student I know despises it.

Overall 1.7
Good affordable medical education.
Overall 1.8
It sucks here.
Overall 1.9
LECOM preaches professionalism, but does not hold their professors to the same standards. Courses are taken to prepare students on how to be professionals, yet multiple students receive nasty, hurtful, condescending or PTSD inducing emails when simple questions are asked. Would be a great school if the teachers took a few professionalism courses.
Overall 1.9
LECOM is a facade. All of the statistics they give you are polished to fit their agenda. They say they are strict but then they don't abide by their own rules (ex. Dress Code, Ensuring Student Success). Some of the classes are pointless and the busy work is inordinate.
Overall 2
don't do the accelerated program.
