Never felt sorry for picking this school!

Professors are great and challenge you to learn more and become the best you can be!
Overall 4.9
Great location on Lake Michigan and close to Chicago, great Professors who challenge you and really prepare you for life or graduate school. Best choice ever!
Overall 4.6
So close to the beach. Does a lot for the community. Sports teams do a lot with other clubs.
Overall 4.5
I really like Lake Forest College, it's a very laid-back campus but there are still ways that it stays exciting. The food is super good although at times it can get a bit repetitive. The professors are great and the level of education is high. Freshman dorms are meh but it's worth the experience. Overall I love this school and I recommend it!
Overall 4.5
Overall a good school, has many opportunities and connections. Being close to Chicago is sweet. Joining clubs or athletics helps on the social side of things. I enjoy the smaller class sizes it helps to be able to ask more questions and understand things better.
Overall 4.5
I think this is a great school with amazing opportunities. Yes, it's not the cliche "college experience," but I think the opportunities and the connections made here make it worth it. I love the weekdays here, and the weekends are stale only if you make them stale. There's always something to do with the city so close and a train away.
Overall 4.5
Nice liberal arts school and the campus is beautiful. Housing is not amazing, but look you get a room that is functional with furniture. The only thing that it's necessary to buy is a fan during summer days and you'll be fine
Overall 4.5
The student opportunities are great. Could improve on the diversity of food.
Overall 4.5
Good experience. They need (are starting) to update the buildings and dorms.
Bad reviews
Overall 1.3
The food is very expensive, costs more than outside food restaurants. Outside the cafeteria, there's another location to eat at the lower level and the chairs are very old with wobbling tables and sticky.
Social life is depressing. Re-consider your option twice and I recommend to join a college that provides the correct support and feeling.
Overall 1.4
Would not recommend this college, needs improvement. Need to Improve in providing comfortable spots around campus and renew the old spaces. Lots of drain flies in some bathrooms. The overall college are not enforcing appropriately to provide a better environment. Needs to provide flexible programs so that commuters feel involved and get support.
Overall 1.5
Graduation was not organized. Students weren't given any information as to how it was supposed to be like in alphabetical order or by majors. The ceremony started later than expected leaving us at the end not enough time for pictures! All the college officials were mainly concerned for the parking lot to be closed soon than us.
Overall 1.6
Extremely cliquey. If you're not in greek life, good luck. Mean girl vibe, lots of gossip and high school type drama. Food is terrible

Overall 1.7
Worst. School. Ever. Never ever go here...
Overall 1.7
The faculty are great, but the classes are boring and not engaging. The campus is over a 10 minute walk from the train in freezing temperatures and then over an hour train ride into Chicago. There is a complete lack of school events and the quality of student organized social events are pathetic. The dining hall has the worst hours ever.
Overall 1.8
Mediocre at best, nothing to do unless you have a car so you can leave
Overall 1.8
The school itself is dated and they seem to really want a lot of your personal information. If you do an internship tell vernard lockhart to piss off and that it's none of his business how many hours your work. Lots of blow and addy if you're into that. Small classes are nice but classes sparse. Place looks horrible.

it's okay
