good school

Attending Lakeview was a great experience for me. The professors were all caring and kind. They went above and beyond to prepare students to pass the nclex! I would definitely recommend this school!
Bad reviews

If I could go back I would NOT attend Lakeview. Nothing about this school will prepare you for the NCLEX. The teachers are there to just be "friends" they do not teach you how to answer NCLEX questions. Complete joke if you ask me. If you want a good education rethink going to this school. It continues to go downhill. I had nothing but problems.
Overall 1.3
A change would only do good things for this school. They really need help. The reported NCLEX pass rate says 88% last time I checked it, but this is the overall pass rate, it's not the 'first-time' pass rate. Do not express your opinion about the curriculum because administration does not care.
Overall 1.8
There is no food on campus or extracurricular/social activities besides student government. The library is small, but the librarian is very helpful. The clinical experience leaves a lot to be desired. The NCLEX pass rate is very intimidating and makes me really second guess my decision to have earned by BSN from Lakeview.
Overall 2
Very unorganized. Professor currently for med surg and patho/pharm 2 are both horrible. I don't even know why the school would hire them.
