Fantastic school!!

I think that it much much easier to write a negative review than a positive review. This college is awesome, I have a great understanding of what I want to do in life and I'm only in first year. I feel like if I work hard I will be guaranteed a job. Some staff can be a bit more personable but I have not had many problems oterwise. Great college.

Garbage.

Lambton College could use a consultant to work with the students on fixing up the college education. Even though every college has advantages and disadvantages, this college has far more disadvantages with a Dean of the School of Business and Sports Administration that is not only arrogent, but doesn't even know what courses are offered.
Overall 1.5
Lambton College wants to spend our valuable tax dollars on increasing their administration, as well as on full time faculty that doesn't deserve a pay raise for the lack of professionalism they have. In fact, they also do not support extracurricular activities and they prefer to have students study to the point they cannot enjoy their lives. Presid

There isn't a strong sense of school spirit at Lambton College, and very few extra-curricular activities are offered. We're not even aware of the different team sports. Also, the food could use some improvement. The college should consider extending its cafe hours for those who take evening courses + consider adding healthier items to the menus.
Overall 1.6
Lambton College sucks and I do not recommend anyone to attend this ineffective college. Faculty is out of touch with the students in terms of providing not only a quality education, but also there are no extracurricular activities and very few social events that take place at the bar. By the way, expect poor service from all college staff, etc.

Avoid this school as much you can

The library should consider extending its hours by hiring students to monitor it in the evening since the regular staff don't work past 8 PM and to give students an opportunity to work part-time + earn $$. I've gone to the computer lab in the D hall many times only to discover that it is packed with other students using it to complete school work.

I'm in CPET and the program used to be the pride of the school. Sadly due to a new program head, unqualified teachers and over packed classrooms the program has gone very down hill in the past 3 years, to the point were the local plants don't even require you to pass the course. Things might change in the future but as of now 2/10

Everytime I go to speak with someone in admin they are never helpful and send me to a million different people. There are some good teachers who will try to help you out as much as they can though and that is a good thing. I don't know where i'd be without them. Thank god some people try to help!!
