This school is amazing and filled with teachers and staff that care. Im amazed at how well everything is taken care of. The maintenance department works so hard and there isnt a blade of grass out of place. Teachers genuinely care about their students and I wish I started here a lot sooner than I did. I truely feel at home here.

I chose Lewis University to study Radio/TV broadcasting. The college is located in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. I did my internship for a network owned and operated television station in Chicago, the 3rd market. I was prepared because of the communications department faculty. When I graduated, the TV station hired me.

It was great!

this school has been very nice and supportive of my education. as i go for a double major all aspects of the school, staff, and students have been very helpful.
Overall 4.3
School is great and has a modern look. Well kept facilities and nice environment. Most of the professors are great and are flexible with due dates.

I love Lewis for sure. I live on campus and the commuters like to complain there is nothing to do, but as with any college, you just have to know people. There is always a party. If you want to go to a school where you can solely focus on school, this is a good place for that.

LEWIS UNIVERSITY IS AN AWESOME PLACE FOR STUDIES AND ADVANCEMENT!

Never attend this school unless you want Mrs Reyes to attack you in the school hallway and physical assault you infront of your classmates!
Overall 1.2
Lewis university seems affordable, but it charges on everything. Its professors and academic advisors don't care about the students, and I cannot recommend the quality of the education and service that they provide.
Overall 1.3
place sucks don't come here
Overall 1.6
The lack of support and resources for students is astounding. My program has been consolidated into the CS/Cybersecurity program. Instead of guiding students transitioning into more CS intensive courses, I was hounded to sign a document that was presented to me as "take it or leave it". After that, I was on my own. Administration is a joke.
Overall 1.6
I've chosen to attend Lewis University hopeful to find quality education and a chance to grow myself as an individual. This turned out to be an expensive mistake. I've left feeling like I've overpaid for very poor education. Be warned: advisors will deliberately obfuscate and change stories in an effort to get more money from you.
Overall 1.7
This place is a mess. Nothing is organized. As a school full of transfer students they really don't know how to handle anything. They screw you over left and right and you have to jump through 10 hoops and hound people to get things done. Avoid at all costs if you can. Not worth the price.
Overall 1.8
For a private school, it relies heavily on adjuncts. Adjuncts make up roughly 80% of the faculty there and if you look at some of the departments the adjuncts only have masters degrees as their highest degrees. This school charges enough yet does not have the best instructors credential wise. Many buildings are dated, and the WIFI is unreliable.
Overall 1.8
Some teachers are good and are teaching for the right reasons. But when the teachers are bad, they are REALLY BAD. I swear I had the worst teacher I've ever had in my academic history. I've never seen someone so clueless and all over the place, who didn't care about helping the students. I think majority of the two classes he taught failed.
Overall 1.9
This review is for the Lewis University 3+1 program. It is terrible, and had I known how bad it was (computer science) I would have chosen almost any other university. The program is lousy and you won't learn enough to be useful in your career. The 3+1 program is "cheap" and you get what you pay for. Lewis Professors are unbelievably terrible.
Overall 1.9
School faculty is not very helpful and everyone gives you a different answer to your question. It's tough to network to find jobs and internships. The social scene on campus is nonexistent. Clubs have sparse members and students just aren't very friendly. The few on campus parties I've been to have been very weak with low student turnout.
