don't go to LBCC, don't do it! the administration is "ok" with students failing, even when they ask for help, they don't really care about students. they are giving student 2 yrs free tuition, let me tell you! you get what you pay for, apply for financial aid and go to another school.
Overall 1.7
Location is excellent, but there's never enough parking. And it's more than that; it feels like the counselors, financial aid office, and even most staff are always out of the loop. I spent an extra year& thousands of dollars on classes that weren't necessary, but the school insisted they were. Huge toll on my mental health, so happy to leave! 3/10

If you want to go to a community college where you can get information easily and faculty respond to your emails, this is not that place. Trying to get a hold of anyone in the counseling office or cashier's office is virtually impossible. With COVID19 getting a hold of anyone that works for this college is never going to happen.

heavy police presence but regular reports of assault or attempted assaults on campus. There are some great professors here, particularly in the sciences, but the number of bad ones in other departments outweigh them.
Overall 2
The best aspect of this school is it offers nursing. They REALLY need to work on food options on the main campus, you have to walk across the street if you want to get a coffee. They will have maybe 1 food truck, sometimes 2 if you are lucky. BRING food/snacks/water. Or go to the vault to get free expired snacks and food (better then nothing!)

The campus is pretty janky at LAC and PCC even though PCC was just built it has a very cold and disconnected feel, due to the area it is not very safe at night do NOT recommend night classes LAC is the WORST campus I've been to the common area furniture looks like it has been there since the school opened and has a large homeless student pop -1/10
