If you want to go to a party school LIU Post is the place to go there are parties all the time from the parkijg lots all the way to the lawns reason for that its a wet campus which means your allowed to have beer in your dorm as long as your 21

I love LIU Post I've never been happier at any college the this school. I transferred here from Dowling College a school that closed and when I walked onto the campus I said I'm going to love this place the campus is beautiful the students are friendly the faculity is very helpful espically the center for healthy living. The Pratt Center is awsome
Overall 4.4
Great school with lots of things to do all the time. The professors and faculty really care about you. Very safe all the time
Overall 4.3
This school is great, the campus is big and beautiful the professors are nice but some of them are very strict which makes everything more difficult in the learning the only challenges are that is far from the city other than that is great.
I do recommend this school.

Such a great school !! It would be better if the clubs were marketed more and students would get more involved!!
Bad reviews

Read these recent reviews, and trust them. This school is absolutely horrible. No campus life, outdated EVERYTHING, zero opportunities in your major with zero help. Cafe is smaller than most highschools. All staff is inexperienced because they have replaced people from the previous year who quit cuz they hated it. No this is NOT an exaggeration.

Don't even think about it.

Not worth the paper the diploma is printed on. This is not the remarkable school it was back when it started.
Overall 1
Amazing school if you intend on being full-time, perpetually unemployed!

Not really anything to do. There are no houses here really so the only social option is going to grimy, ghetto bars. Save yourself the torture and do not go here. This school is just a glorified high school. An awful experience.
Overall 1.1
Anyone who comments how great the school is has no idea what it means to be a Post graduate in the real world. Aside from the accounting program or maybe the broadcasting division, you'd be better off as a dropout. No competitive recruiter is going to take this school seriously even with a 4.0 GPA. Don't kid yourself for a moment!
Overall 1.1
I highly would not recommend attending this school especially if you're looking to enjoy your college career.
Overall 1.1
Do not even think of going here! It is the most depressed school imaginable. NO social life at alleven if you dorm. Academics are a joke and the faculty is all adjuncts. Just come here on any Friday when classes are in session and it will be a ghost town despite the 1,000+ people "vibrant campus community" (exact words) they advertise. Stay AWAY!!!

LISTEN TO THIS: I took orgo last semester with professor Devine stopped showing up after a few weeks we missed 5 classes and ended up switching professors. Eilerman and Romu were inconsiderate. Tests were not curved. We learned nothing and all failed. Chemistry Chair Nancy Peters did absolutely nothing to accommodate GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
