The school has excellent professors and staff. The science department designed a dual degree to benefit my extra courses in biology and chemistry, and when I transferred to a local university that didn't initially accept those bio courses, the Vice President at LCC persuaded the University President and Provost to put pressure on the Bio Depart. 3

the schools not bad but the staff in fin aid is horrible at best. can never get some one there and when they finally return your call (if they ever do) there usually rude and short with you.

Completed the nursing program here and after passing my boards, most hospitals will not hire anyone with a two year degree. If you want any respect and a job, you will definitely need a bsn. For those who think they will get their associate's and take a bsn course, do not do it! It is much easier and faster going straight through a bsn program.

Here is the truth that you won't hear from many. All of the classes that I've taken are dumbed down to accommodate the many unintelligent that attend LCC. I have a 4.0 GPA, but really haven't learned much of anything or had to exert any amount of effort at all. High school was much harder. I'm embarrassed to admit that I've attended LCC.

Needs a better culturally competent staff that work well with students with disabilities also the social events compared to wilkes, kings ,scranton are poor.I would enjoy it more if SGA would do more and get discounts for bowling ,movies and have theme nights. Also the buses need run later for students with night classes. The last bus is at 5:20pm
