Overall, great school!
Overall 5
The food is delicious and they try to get as many people involved as they can. The faculty and staff always offer a helping hand and are ALWAYS on top of their game. There are many opportunities to get involved and you can always start a club if you want! The atmosphere is amiable and the other students there are very nice.

MBU is a charming school that is centered in a beautiful town with a historic campus. A good place for students that are looking to focus on their academics rather than party.
Overall 4.2
I've been to six different colleges, and ladies, you're blessed. Everybody at least knows of everybody. You don't get lost in the crowd, the professors are there to see you succeed, and the internet isn't as horrible as you make it out to be I promise. I love this school.
Overall 4.2
Everything about this college is phenomenal. This institution wasn't even my 1st choice but I definitely made the right decision. The professors are helpful and the staff is easily some of the nicest individuals I've ever met. If you aren't considering this college, take a tour and you'll be pleasantly surprised over what this school has to offer.

Bad reviews

There is nothing here. Be used to a small town, bad food, bad internet, and annoying people.
Overall 1.5
I can only speak for my own experience. However, I would suggest that you go somewhere else unless you major in English or Health Care. Everything else seems to have issues.
Overall 1.6
Baldwin is really what you make it. Get involved as soon as you can.
Overall 1.6
This school is worth about a quarter of what you pay to be here. Education quality is good and professors are nice. However, that's where the praise stops. The social activities are something a middle schooler would get excited about. MBC is VERY greedy about money. It's nearly impossible to adequately transfer out. Save your time and money!
Overall 1.7
I attend Mary Baldwin Adult Degree Program which is online. I would NOT recommend this program here. The teachers are rude and not helpful, they are more concerned with students on campus and don't offer much time to their online students. The idea is great for adults returning to school, just not here. You can find better teachers elsewhere!
Overall 2
Go anywhere else. To prospective PEGs, reconsider, but I get it if you need this opportunity. I did, too.
Overall 2
Mary Baldwin is a school for people who are purely searching to get their degree, not make friends, go to parties, or go out to shop or do things in the community. The University throws small parties, but they are normally bland. The food is subpar and the dorms are falling apart. I would not recommend living in the dorms on campus to anyone.
