Dont mind all the haters typing hate here. the school is fine. I got my MBA from here. I got As in classes where my professor was rated so low on rate my professor so i dont understand the students who complain. I got my bachelor's from mason which is a much tougher school than this one. these students should go to strayer tbh.

A wonderful university that is filled with opportunity. This university makes you feel as if you are part of a family.
Overall 4.7
The teachers are wonderful, they are supportive and helpful. They really want their students to succeed. Everyone is super nice and it's in a great location. The shuttle is a great perk.

The school is great if you only want to focus on academics

It's a great campus, especially the Ballston one!

Professor Howe doesn't really teach she just assign work and thinks you're supposed to know how to do it. she also judges your intelligence if you use words that she thinks isn't in your vocabulary.
Bad reviews

This school is a joke.
Overall 1.4
Would give the safety level a 0 if I could. My freshman year in the Berg dorms two students got into an altercation that ended with a serious stabbing. The student life is nothing special. The professors aren't that great. Most students are just here to fulfill credits and transfer out. They're only selling point is a high girl to guy ratio.
Overall 1.4
The main campus is old, expect to be hot in the summer and cold in the winters. AC is always broke. You'll be surrounded by a lot of entitled people. Professors only care about their paychecks, not their students. Interior Design professors are rude and not very understanding. Internet goes in and out. GMU or VCU are better investments.
Overall 1.4
Location is decent, more or less in a residential zone of North Arlington, the campus is small mainly commuter, food is disgusting it doesn't deserve to be called food and there are very few options. If you are going to college for any aspect of social life look elsewhere.
Overall 1.4
Not worth the money. Lots of drama and the faculty is very strict. It's just like high school. The living conditions are very poor and the housing staff could care less about the students. That goes for most of the administration. There is no school spirit and athletic events aren't usually packed. Don't go there!
Overall 1.6
Terrible Internet. The food is at best slightly average and the environment is sickening. It really is a school you'd like if you're willing to go to the FULLEST extent to make it that way. the dorms are okay. Not too bad and the food places close at the earliest of times like 8 and 11.
Overall 1.7
There are pros and cons to Marymount, but ever since the new president arrived the prices of any and everything have gone up. They forced juniors and Seniors to live at the Rixey even though students were saying how they could not afford it. The food is terrible as it always has been and campus safety is a joke. Shuttles are not reliable.
Overall 1.7
stay away.
Overall 1.7
This school puts it's money into the wrong things. Instead of fixing the dorms they buy stupid things like signs to put around campus. The campus is so small we don't need signs. We need a better living area!
Overall 1.8
I regret ever attending Marymount. The school has so many problems I can't even begin to list all of them. The financial departments are incompetent, which you think would be necessary for the school to function. I have been struggling for months to even have a conversation with them on money that has been paid but not showing on my account.
