Beautiful campus in a great location!! Maryville College Works (Career Center Program) is really incredible at connecting students and alumni to opportunities. I was a transfer student and I acclimated really well to campus life. All of my credits transferred and I wasn't expecting it to be so easy!

Life on campus is amazing. You need to live on campus to get the full experience. We are a small college but we still party hard. If you like a small community where everyone cares about you then Maryville College is the right place for you!

I couldn't have made a better choice.

Since it's a smaller campus, professors really care about you as a person rather than just a number. As a commuter student, it can be difficult to make connections since residential students tend to already know one another. Commuters also may struggle to find places to chill if you have long breaks between classes & don't want to leave campus.
Overall 4.3
Maryville College challenges its students beyond their classroom experience. Even though the academic rigor is respected by all students, their time spent serving their community, garnering real career experiences, and thriving in a positive campus culture comes together to truly make the MC experience a special one. An MC grad is prepared for life

SO glad I picked MC!! Beautiful location at the foot of the Smokies, and they try to get you involved with the nature around you. Super eco-progressive for such a small place. Good mix of liberal and conservative opinion. Really easy to meet with profs on such a small campus. Small school, but big opportunities and great reputation. Check it out!

It's a very solid school. I love the small classes, most of the professors I've had have been good.

Maryville College is a wonderful place to be. I am involved in many activities and find that I rarely have a free moment. The social committees and Residence halls always have something planned. I find the location idea since I'm 30 minutes away from Knoxville and the GSMNP. Love MC!

Overall 1.2
Super small campus, three to four academic buildings students actually use. Very much high school vibes, everybody knows your business and wants to be in it too.
Overall 1.4
Don't let MC fool you with their Admission personnel. This college has a negative environment and professors. You will get ZERO help which is sad because you may think that you will get southern hospitality but NO. The president of the college will ignore you if you step into his office. The financial aid office should be called the non-aid office.
Overall 2
Not worth the cost of attendance.
