I would say it's located in a very ideal place. I love how building are connected by the skywalk. Faculty members are cordial. Professors are reachable when we need them. Academic Success Center is the best learning center I 've ever been. Exactly! I leveled up my knowledge and grade through their help. Career services staffs genuinely assist all.
Overall 4.6
This school is a real community supporter. If you need lunch, food pantries, tutor, sleeping area, meditation and yoga area, and a clinic for check-ups, career center to write your resume and find a job, basically all the students' needs are provided here. I was amazed by how they assist students unconditionally. Loved the faculty members. Great.

I love MCTC and the community! there are so many clubs to chose from and many classes as well as amazing teachers. MCTC is a small tight-knit community and cares about their students and have many programs to help their students out! and you can not forget the amazing outdoor areas like Loring park in the schools' backyard!! it's a great study spac

I absolutely LOVE being a student at MCTC. The entire faculty staff is incredible and there are endless resources for absolutely anything you might need from study help to counseling to clubs. Bonus, its right on loring park with a view of the dog park from the windows XD

Technically, I took PSEO at MCTC, but as someone who goes to the U of M now, I really miss my time there. Everybody seems to care about everyone, and the professors are really passionate. The food is great too! If you get the chance to take classes here, further your education or even get a fresh start, this is the school for you!
Overall 4.2
I love the diversity of the school and their is no age limit. You also find supportive Professors.

I don't recomend this school at all
Overall 1.6
There are some teachers who lack professionalism in there teaching and yet there are some that are just as lost as you and yet some mean. Only once, maybe twice that I met a easy going good teacher that is safe, comfortable learning environment .I would not go here if the cost wasn't an issue and safety wasn't such a concern.I've seen fights & etc.

It's got a nice Cinema Division but that's about it.
Overall 1.8
At the end of the day the professors are what matter, I think most people would rather go to a crappy campus with great professors than the other way around. About half the time at they are pretty good but recently some professors have been admitted with only associates degrees and quality has suffered because of this. Also lacking academic clubs.
Overall 1.9
Went to this school for 2 1/2 years, graduated with a degree, and hated every minute of it. MCTC is one of the worst community colleges in the state. Faculty for the most part is checked out or mailing it in. Campus is unsecure, and unsafe usually a few homeless people can be found in the buildings. Good access to public transport though.
Overall 1.9
They don't have high quality teachers, specially in math and physics department.

Took an intro to stats class, worked extremely hard just to essentially fail. I didn't pay $600 plus to teach myself. Don't take this class with Patel.
