This place changed my life and cared or me in a way that I never saw coming. It's affordable, it's hard in the best way, and you'll walk away with a degree that puts you head and shoulders above your peers. Don't overlook this gem.

I just graduated from here and loved it! The opportunities that I had upon graduation are amazing especially being so close to the capital city. The campus is beautiful. If I could give anyone advice I'd be to get involved. it is so easy to get involved here since it is smaller than other colleges but still big enough to be a distinguished college.

Great school!

Great, I love this school

The faculty and staff and friendly and helpful. The campus is beautiful. While there are somethings that need to be worked on, students have a voice and an opportunity to make changes if desired. There are a variety of organizations across campus to get involved in and build you resume. The housing is nice and campus dining is improving every year.

THE BEST FIT I EVER COULD'VE ASKED FOR IN A MILLION YEARS. Come check it out, you won't regret it!

Don't come to this school. You'll face bunch of teachers who don't know how to keep up with the dates on the syllabus. Neighbor sucks. WiFi sucks. They are just over-proud with the reputation for being Christian school. Any other state schools (ole miss, MSU) are better than this.
Overall 1.2
You'd be better off going elsewhere with the amount of money you pay.
Overall 1.4
Go to Rice, Southwestern, Loyola, Wheaton, St. Eds, Notre Dame. What makes these similar sized schools better? 1.) more than 1 professor per subject 2) Libraries that are open 24 hours (and more than 7 whiteboards lol) 3.) Social opportunities 4) more than one caf/campus dining 5)fewer car thefts
6)not forced to live on campus
Overall 1.4
This place was a nightmare for me. A lot of the people are super sheltered and the clubs and tribes are a joke. The rules are insane especially regarding having people of opposite gender in your room. I had to move BACK home to get freedom again. Clinton is also not a good place as far as food/activities/entertainment. I had to transfer ASAP.
Overall 1.5
If you're a science major and not premed, dont go here. The school is basically an extension of all the private schools around jackson. They know how to make you feel like "not one of us" most hypocritical school full of a bunch of spoiled brats better suited to flip burgers at McDonalds. Save yourself some time and money and go to a public school
Overall 1.6
Have zero clue how to have an online degree program.
Overall 1.9
MC is a great school.... when you're a freshman. After that, you realize just how much it is worse than your high school. Professors are understanding but that's about all the school is good for. Clubs and Tribes are a waste of time.
Overall 1.9
This university is reasonably priced and works with you in many ways financially to allow you to come here. The campus environment is really different than other universities. There is no greek life, but the university has clubs and tribes which are just knock offs to stop the students from doing bad since there isnt much around in the neighborhood

Extremely easy, gives lots of scholarships. Be prepared to deal with racism and sexism on an extreme degree from students and teachers. I have had teachers hitting on me blatantly and disgustingly. Teachers talk about personal lives and religion instead of subject matter, you don't learn anything about your degree. Some good teachers, but not many.
