The location is great! It's beautiful, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Lots of opportunities to get involved. They are constantly updating everything so it gets better each semester! There have been a few problems w/ the internet but IT is available to help! LOTS of food options! over 100 clubs and you can create your own! I LOVE MWSU!

This school far exceeded my expectations!!! Great place with awesome people!!

I'd recommend someone who doesn't want to spend very much money on a university
Overall 4.2
It's a small school, but if you are involved and look for events, there are many opportunities. The locals support the university and take pride in it. The KC Chiefs training camp is on campus in the summer. We have a Starbucks and a Chick Fil A, what more could you want! :)
Overall 4.2
I spent all 4 years of undergrad at MWSU and plan to return to get my master's. I spent three years in Scanlon Hall, one semester as a Residential Assistant. Although the res hall wasn't perfect, it worked well, I felt safe, and had someone to talk to. The Social Work Program and its professors are amazing! They definitely made my time at school.

Missouri Western is such an amazing school.

Transferred after 4 years terrible institution

I absolutely hated my time here. Everything about it. Transferred immediately after my freshman year ended. If you are thinking of coming to this god-awful school, DO NOT.

School is disrespectful to no only their students, but the guests as well. Feels more like a community college.
Overall 1.6
if only i could really put what i want to in this box...
Overall 1.7
Not the greatest school... I definitely wish I could go to Northwest or another University where professors and students care more. Not very many food options. It seems like all the schools time and money is put into football, and our team is not even good. The only good thing about being here is that it is cheap, safe, and fairly clean.
Overall 1.7
It's an alright school. Definately money hungry. More concerned with $$ than with students.
Overall 1.8
Campus is really nice, and it's conveniently located (an exit nearer to 36 would be nice, but that's it). Parking an internet connection, however, are terrible. Most of the teachers are pretty good, but the bad ones are extraordinarily bad.
Overall 1.8
It's an alright school. Not for all majors, though, especially fine arts majors.
