Great school The professors are wonderful they'er not the stereotypical i'm smarter then you and don't care what you think attitude. They love teaching and want to help you succeed at school and in life.Class sizes are small and your not just a number to the professors. The campus is beautiful here.I'm very happy with my decision to come to MC

You either love the small school vibe or hate it. You know everybody and everybody knows you. Parties are nuts and because Monmouth is a private school, police aren't allowed on campus. Campus security is easy going as long as you aren't destroying things. There is something going on on campus at all times and it's easy to get involved! Love it her

I was here from August 2018 to January of 2020. I was so alienated and alone on this campus. I fell into a depression with suicidal thoughts. I have so few positive memories of this place. Monmouth literally killed my love of the major I was pursuing. I cringe telling people I went here and more so, multiple pictures of me are on the website. 0/10

If the campus didn’t smell like dog food 5/7 days a week, the internet was connected, the printers worked, the caf was open, and the community wasn’t full of racists maybe I wouldn’t have dropped out! If you’re not being shamed for looking at your notes during Dicky J’s class then you’re being sa’d by someone on the football team.
Overall 1.8
Monmouth College has dropped the ball this year. From there being poor food and no cafeteria, recent hate crimes on campus, inability to leave without a car, Wi-Fi being down for a month, printing down for about half a semester and Monmouth does not care about these issues. Monmouth has one policy statement: deny deny deny.

The only redeeming aspect of my Alma Mater is the academics, and they let go of all the good ones. Dont come here, save your money and start at a community college.
Overall 2
The food is terrible, the admin doesn't care about the students at all. MASSIVE budget cuts that ONLY affect the students negatively. There's a pork processing plant nearby so it always smells like dog food. Come here if you want to throw up after eating the caf food and drinking the water and walking outside. Academics are great, living is awful

Monmouth markets itself to be this great school with excellent opportunities but its the opposite. They didnt help me find a job which I was promised. Theyve had massive staff cuts yet keep adding new majors that no one joins. They have the price tag of a large school and ignore student grievance
