Good reviews

I love the atmosphere, but the food sucks pretty bad.
Overall 4
Good school if you actually want to go into stem. If you're not serious about it you don't belong here.
Bad reviews

I could list so much that is horrible here. DO NOT GO HERE, please trust me. It snows EVERYDAY and that is not an over exaggeration. Been here for almost 3 years.
Overall 1.2
What an absolute mess. The education quality is horribad. The food got worse and it's price got more expensive somehow. The weather is snow if you like riding slopes then i guess thats a plus. If you like the sun then run. The food selection outside of the campus is also not so good i lost alot of weight here because i would rather cook at him haha
Overall 1.3
Avoid unless you want to be frugal that badly.Make sure to go to community College first so you can spend even less because this place is a Snowy money grab
Overall 1.3
If you like schools that are empty then you are gonna love this place! Well... its empty for a reason but it seems like the other reviews already have it nailed down. I wont be hanging my degree on the wall , its just nothing to be proud of im glad i already have a job lined up. Thanks google for the actual knowledge that got me the job!
Overall 1.3
The only way i would reccomend this university to someone is that if they wanted a cheap tuition fee. I havent checked if there are better places in this price range but it wouldnt be surprising. The education is what you payfor quality, which is lowest in the country. This university is strugling to stay afloat. i would avoid if possible.
Overall 1.4
With Tech increasing tuition, there is now no longer any reason to attend here instead of MSU in regards to Civil Engineering. It simply offers less at a worse price. Gym has worse hours. Cafeteria is always closing early. Administration is just mean and uncaring. Butte offers very little besides ugly old building and alcoholism. Just go to MSU.
Overall 1.5
If you are here looking into joining the Computer Science or Software Engineering, I Suggest you join a bootcamp instead or self study and work on projects. Cause that is what is going to land you a job. Brick And Mortar or those majors are useless at this day and age and this department is worse than useless so save your money.
Overall 1.5
Where is the parking? The teaching has been catch and miss. Good math and petroleum professors. Bad fluids, thermo and all the other essentials. If you like the outdoors this is the place to be.
Overall 1.7
While Butte is a charming town, it's not a college town. It feels like you're going to a small community college than a university. Unless you're majoring in petroleum engineering or chemical engineering, stay away from here.
Overall 1.7
If you are looking for a cheap place then it could work. Be prepared to do a lot of googling and self study because the quality of teaching is why the price is this low. If you dont like overpriced cafeteria food do not live in the dorms. There is no reliable transportation from the dorms so you are better of getting a car if you can afford it.
