One of the safest schools, they offer safe walks and 24/7 security. Profs are awesome, depending on your program they might be boring.

Great school

Small class sizes equals amazing attention from profs. Everything about MRU is great except the social aspect. Not a lot of places to socialize. The only place to grab a beer, closes at 7pm.

The school has a cool concept of smaller classes, but I don't think it truly gives the university experience. The places to study at this school are extremely limited. If you go to the library you will barely find a table most of the time.

It is an alright school. Stuff is a bit disorganized, I dont know why it has such a good score for reputation or opportunities as its pretty terrible for both. Internet is spotty at best. Most clubs dont do anything every or have any meetings. Best part is probably the gym, when its not full from a team of some sort using it.

I was fortunate to receive my education from a university ranked top 5 globally but I had been interested in auditing classes while I was in Calgary. The problem is that the students seem to be quite, I wont beat around the bush, some unpleasant and toxic combination of racist and entitled (despite openly parading the fact that they are liberal).
