I'm really not sure why they decided to build a school here in the first place... it's in the worst area you can imagine, and there is literally nothing nearby to this building.

The Applied Arts division of NBCC Miramichi is a complete scam. The majority of the instructors in Animation, 3d, and Programming have little to no practical experience and typically teach courses that they are not qualified to teach. Most graduates do not get employed past a short government internship despite their statistics to the contrary.
