Good reviews

Nipissing is amazing and the student culture is varied and welcoming. There are many interesting individuals and no matter how quirky or awkward you are, you'll find friends. Professors know your name though, so they might call you out if you're skipping ;)
Overall 4.6
Nip is doing well with the pandemic. The professors care about their students and try their best to make things more manageable with online courses.
Overall 4.5
Nipissing is a great school if you want to meet many people. Get involved in 2-3 clubs and talk to your professors regularly. The food and wifi isn’t great, but they support disabilities and are supportive. I recommend living in rez your first 1-2 years. Off campus there are some things to do, but not as much as a larger city.

Love this school! Best BScN program going! Love the home town feel and the class sizes! Buses suck but all and all wouldn't have made any other choice! Love Nipissing!!

Fantastic school
Overall 4.4
I love this school so much, the small class sizes are really great! Due to them you get to know your profs and there are so many opportunities here
Overall 4.4
Nipissing is a great school.
Overall 4.4
I love Nipissing! It has a family atmosphere and it is so easy to fit in. The professors are definitely there to help the students and are generally understanding!
Overall 4.4
It's a small school and the people you meet here are absolutely wonderful! I'm in the nursing program and it is hands down the best. Nipissing is a wonderful place to be and I could not imagine being anywhere else
Overall 4.3
I hated some teachers but liked the school
Bad reviews

I made a mistake attending this school. Their graduates have a hard time finding a job in their field, and let's face it, Nipissing won't even hire their own students. Education is a joke program. Everyone passes. They're now making it 2 yrs. Don't waste your money on concurrent. Not worth the stress and trouble.
Overall 1.1
I personally found nipissing not enjoyable at all but ive heard from other people that they seem to be okay with their experience
Overall 1.1
Accepting this school was a mistake, wasted a year of my life at this school. Most of the profs are useless, blackboard software = bad really BAD, barely any accessibilities, Nipissing's reputation being a "great small school" is fake. They put themselves on a pedestal when in reality the school is not good. only go there for nursing and teaching.
Overall 1.1
As a former student of this institution, I felt that the school as a whole did not represent what they portrayed . The education system had little opportunities, the support system was not strong and the staff provided little to no support for both academic and mental health purposes. I feel very disappointed and dissatisfied with my time here.
Overall 1.3
Most of the professors are not helpful, they screw you around... not emailed back, dont grade assignments for weeks, unable to get the placement you need even when you have to fill out a clinical intention to register. This is the worst school I have ever been to and I cant to be done with it.
Overall 1.3
Accepting their offer was the biggest mistake of my life.I remember the awful food on campus but this might have changed but god it was bad. I remember the computer requirements, why should I spend $2400 on hardware worth only $1100 because the school was more about image than the quality or practicality of the classes.
Overall 1.4
Nipissing is what you make out of it, if you expect its going to be like a big school from down south with lots of opportunities and social events then you will be heavily disappointed. If your going to this school try to have a positive experience by putting yourself out there and making friends. Dont isolate yourself like I did that's my advice.
Overall 1.4
If you're into social things and partying then any university or college will be great. If you're on OSAP and don't really care about an education, you're just there to get grades, pass and get a degree, then it's great. If you're paying out of your own pocket and expect to get a decent education and support, it's total garbage.
Overall 1.6
Expensive... and useless. Seriously, the classes here are a joke in the BBA field. I don't feel challenged and every class is a group project with people who could care less. Admin departments are AWFUL, wonder if anyone does their job. No opportunities for internships or career placements. Regret my decision but have a year left so....
Overall 1.7
if you want to be happy don't stay in residence unless you get good roommates that's if your lucky. Other than that Nipissing is decent however blackboard software is frustrating. Just make sure to stay on top of things because you can fall behind very fast depending on the class. Cafe isnt terrible but not excellent, social scene is interesting.
