Best 2yr college!
Overall 4.3
This is a great school with a wonderful campus and plenty of activities to keep you busy. My absolute favorite part of NEO were the teachers. Each one is very eager to help and do love their job. They are all very talented and great teachers.

I love this place. I hate to leave, but it's only a two year college. Everyone has been great and I will miss this place so much!
Bad reviews
Overall 1.5
Roofs leak in the girls dorms. Food in the cafeteria sucks. Nothing to do in town, have to drive to Joplin(30 minutes) or tulsa(little over an hour)
Overall 2
NEO is kind of pathetic. But it's a great stepping stone to a four year university. Or if you just don't think you're ready for a real college.
