The Loudoun Campus specifically was established in 1972. However, if you are asking specifically about the Loudoun Campus, it was not founded by a single individual but rather part of the broader establishment of NOVA. Compared to other NOVA campus's, this is the TOP-NOTCH one for sure. Brand new Buildings, awesome and new class rooms.Smaller than the other ones, but I love going there. Feels very professional, plus all students get the New York Times for free, every day!! :o)
Bad reviews

I can only speak for the GIS program. It is TERRIBLE. Horrible across the board from the program manager Michael Krimmer to their professors Marsil Zook. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PROGRAM! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND MORE IMPORTANTLY YOUR TIME! The program has no pulse on the frustrations of its students and worst of all the teacher show equal apathy.
