i really enjoyed my time at NCC. The supporting staff was always very helpful.
Overall 4.7
Great school with great teachers. This site helps tremendously, however there are no teachers that are listed for rating under "Human Services". Definitely need to be added and recognized for all Human Service majors and courses.
Overall 4.7
NCC is a great school and also very affordable. Everyone is helpful and friendly. The school is clean and people always seem so happy. It is a great school to get your gen. ed studies done also awesome advisors when you pick the right one :)

I like it.
Overall 4.5
NCC is an excellent school that I hold dear to my heart. There're lots of opportunities for students, the teachers care, and it's a great place to grow as person and student. It's very safe, the programs are great and you can meet lots of people.
Overall 4.5
Consistently rated as one of the best community colleges who have excellent professors. There are tons of scholarships, and in the past 4-5 years 4 students from NCC have gone directly to Columbia, among other elite schools.
Bad reviews
Overall 1.3
I attended NCC to get some general college courses out of the way. I do not recommend. I've been placed into wrong classes by counselors several times, teachers have deleted my work because I was finished too fast, classes that were a "school requirement" have not counted towards anything. This school has done nothing but set me back.
Overall 1.3
The tutoring center help is horrible.
Overall 1.4
There is honestly 0 safety at this school. The so called "security team" doesn't even have security cameras. Apart from that, academics is DECENT.
Overall 1.4
Way overpriced for what it is. Math department in particular is a JOKE as are the TV Production courses. IF you choose to go here, avoid Stony Duren at all costs, he is awful. At the end of the semester he takes you to a bar, where they do not check id's and does not supervise the students. Instead, he drinks heavily and becomes almost incoherent
Overall 1.5
I joined the Respiratory Care Program in 2018 and I do not recommend this class to anyone thinking of attending NCC. The faculty is incredibly corrupt and the only true way to pass is through bribery of the instructors. My exams and tests were tampered with and I was failed because I attempted to speak up about it.
Overall 1.6
If I can go back and choose between attending NCC and staying in bed. Bed would have been a wiser choice

Not challenging at all for a college. If you struggle here think twice about attending a 4-year school, you will most likely fail if you don't make some drastic changes. Socially, it is very hard to meet people unless you are very outgoing or already have a group of friends that go there. Teachers are generally helpful and the cafeteria is decent.
