If you are serious about design and becoming a professional in your field this is the school for you. Excellent overall. I love it.

Otis has the best vibe of all the art schools I visited. I attended the Summer of Art program in 2010 and fell in love with the atmosphere and the attention the teachers gave my work. I am going into my second year, joining student government, and love the school even more.

Skip the meal plan here it’s not worth it. Get ready for a lot of work, a small friend group, and little resources. The homeless problem is getting worse. People were robbed this year by the old RV and a lot of them are dangerous. There were now three outside the main gate.No matter how many times the police show up they stay.

As an off-campus student, you are going to have zero connections to people. Any events are at an awkward time and people living nearby or on campus make stronger closer connections. The professors are hit or miss with the topics and teaching strategies. The school is in a weird transition phase and all of the students are suffering from this.

This school is way too expensive for what it is. Financial office constantly seeks for money; my financial aid got waived and asked to pay for the remaining balance. Plus, not a lot of great artists here. They say that drop rates are high due to high amounts of stress. I believe it's cause they found a better and cheaper college, like me.
