It's very clean considering how many buildings there are. Very nice faculty, I've truly enjoyed my experience here and as it comes to a close I will miss it greatly!

I graduated with a 2 year degree in 2 years. Came back again for a sponsored internship. I like the school. The people who complain about parking are not willing to walk or bus across the tiny campus. This is a technical college turned community college. This is NOT a University. Dont expect it to be. It was established as skilled trades education.
Overall 4.5
I think Owens is a great community college close to home that is nice and affordable too. I feel comfortable at this school! I like how it's not too small, but also not too big like a University. The only 2 things I would chance is that Owens should offer on-campus living options and there shouldn't be such backed up waiting list for programs.

After spending too much time being bounced from counselor to counselor and told several times that I would graduate soon without results, my financial aid was dropped for taking too long to get an associates degree. I ended up transferring to another school in the area. Is it cheap? Yeah. But be warned-you get what you pay for.
Overall 1.4
Owens is ranks among the worst school in Northwest Ohio. They do absolutely nothing to help you in your program or even with financial aid. Some advisors help but for the most part they just screw you over 24/7. Would not recommend.
Overall 1.4
If your going to attend this school make sure you research your teachers at this institute. Because receiving a teacher here is like a box of chocolates ' you never know what your going to get'.
Overall 1.6
Very revenue oriented school. Expect that to be their priority, not you. They'll make you sign up for classes that don't count towards your major, send you letters after the end of the semester saying they over paid you in aid and want their money back, and may retroactively increase tuition after the semester is over (this only happened once)
Overall 1.6
Very boring school. People are un-friendly and rude. Would rather take online classes than go here on most days
Overall 1.7
While the instructors mostly seem professional and concerned with educating the next generation the actual faculty and staff are not. I would suggest that this is strictly a business college but Owens has such a flow of new students each semester that they really don't have to pay attention to their consumer's needs what-so-ever.
Overall 1.7
Everything is just depressing. The location. The atmosphere. The teachers and advisors are no help. Guess its true, you go the cheap route, you get everything cheap.
Overall 1.7
Been at Owens for 3.5 years as a returning adult learner. Experience started off fairly well. It has gotten progressively worse. I'm only 1 year short of graduation, and I'm looking to transfer. The quality of professors has seriously declines. Department chairs will not respond to student concerns. Students are not valued whatsoever.
Overall 1.8
Everything started well and I had really good professors at first. Now that I'm at the end of my program there are very few classes that are still offered. My original degree program had been discontinued and Owens changed my program for me without any notice. Now my original program is back. Advisers have no clue!
