I don’t have a single good thing to say about this place. I agree about all the bullying and inappropriate behavior. Place needs to be shut down. This is 2023! What’s up with all the racism???
Overall 1.1
The only good thing about this place is my voice teacher. A couple ppl in the opera dept are very discriminatory and rude. I came here to learn. All the stuff youre reading about racism in the opera dept is correct. I dont understand how ppl can be so arrogant when they havent done much themselves? With all the talented ppl needing work, why?

Not the place to go if you’re looking for conservatory experience,at least 1 that gives you a chance at success.Where is the Peabody I once dreamed of going?Building is decrepit.Only some faculty are OK.Students depressed because they’re overwhelmed beyond capacity.Tuiton is high for no reason. No guidance for students who have graduated

made me lose interest in music; what's the point of a fancy conservatory degree if you can't find a job?? this school is falling apart, go elsewhere. not very integrated, faculty are either hit or miss, lots of useless classes. people are a little crazy and depressed here, weed all daaaay. people are generally quite nice here, you'll make friends.
Overall 1.7
This place isnt very inclusive. A couple very racist faculty members in the opera department, and thats not okay. Lots of student cliques and bullying going on. I hate it here. If you want to be excluded because of your skin color, this is the place for you.
