Good reviews
Overall 5
Due to the campus being a small one and approximately 900 students , you will get to know your peers and teachers fairly quickly. I appreciate the smaller classes anyway. Wonderful university!!!

Perfect atmosphere, great teachers and located right by the promenades - if you want cool people, or serious study with professors who are worth the tuition PSULV has it. Small campus for Penn State, but I'm glad I went there.

This school so far in my first year is actually really great. Keep up the great work!
Overall 4.2
Although the school is small, it is very big at heart. The alumni network is very powerful and there are always social events going on (on-campus and off). It's very easy to start a club but most likely you won't need to because you will probably be involved in the many we already have. I love the fact that I know everyone by first name already.
Bad reviews
Overall 1.7
The student life is an epic fail. There isn't much to do on campus. People typically go to classes and then go home. Very few student events. My HS had more going for it than this place, which is sad. The academic standards are weak. Nearby schools have higher standards. If you want a real college experience, then stay far away from this place.

please transfer if you can, i promise it's worth it
Overall 1.8
A lot of course options are not available on this campus. At times you would have to wait a whole semester to select a required class. Try and find a suitable community college first, then go to University Park!
Overall 2
Do not attend if you are in STEM. There are few teachers, and many higher level classes are only taught by 1 person. Many STEM professors (though by no means all), while knowledgeable in their fields, are very bad teachers and are very rude and disorganized. It can only be accessed by driving and there is nothing to do. It's a horrible place.
