Good reviews
Overall 5
I've been around, studied in big name schools and fancy universities. Nothing compared to Pittsburg State. Best lectures and lecturers I have ever had.
Overall 5
Did not ever regret my decision to attend Pitt.

COME TO PITT
Overall 4.8
This is honestly the most amazing school. Everyone is super friendly and all around just the best school around.
Overall 4.7
I love it here.

Pittsburg State is a comfortable place to attend. Recommend for anyone who is looking for a home away from home.
Overall 4.7
It is a good university.
Overall 4.6
Absolutely love it here. The campus is wonderful. It's nice that majority of the classes are connected by the Oval. Only other classes are at the Tech Center or the Rec. Friendly professors.
Overall 4.6
#OAGAAG!! Wonderful university for undergrad. Everyone there is trying to get you graduated. Tons of clubs and organizations within and around the university.
Overall 4.6
This school is beyond amazing. They have small class sizes and professors who love to help. The library is set with everything you need for success. The Science department may be a bit old school to start but once you get higher up it gets way better. It's also in a great location, close to 3 major cities with great shopping centers.
Bad reviews
Overall 1.1
Academically my advisor never informed me about what I needed, so as a junior I had to take some freshman classes and almost caused me to go an extra semester. Mentally exhausting, they blamed me for everything that was wrong and said that I needed to act like an adult yet kept treating me like I was a child.

don't go here.

Ask anyone who goes to Pitt. Theyll tell you they chose to go to college there because its cheap. You get what you pay for. Spend a little extra money on your education and get a better college experience all the way around. College of technology is not bad but if youre going for business, look elsewhere.
Overall 1.5
If you choose to go to Pitt for your college education, major in something from the technology center. Profs are better there than any other major on campus. There’s a big emphasis on football at that campus and students involved in sports get priority over any other students. The town is small and not much to do there but get drunk.
Overall 1.5
PSU is the Wal-mart of universities. People attend this college because it’s cheap or because they live close to it. You get what you pay for. The academics are weak. Most profs. there are just hanging in there until they retire and have no interest in quality teaching or student learning. Football program is their main concern, not academics.
Overall 1.5
Hated this school. You are on your own once they get your signature on the dotted line. Less expensive on paper, however, tons of unseen "fees" pop up later. Housing and food very poor.
Overall 1.7
Campus is beautiful but the people here are rude. An I joined Greek life to try to make friends but honestly it was hell, they were fake and would back stab you the first chance they got.
Overall 1.8
Getting a good education at PSU depends on the major you choose.Get a tech degree. Best teachers, and you'll learn marketable skills. It's in a small town that has a few decent restaurants but don't expect anything special. Food on campus is disgusting. Thinking of getting an MBA but decided against it due to the faculty in the business program.
Overall 1.8
Unless you're in auto tech, save yourself the trouble. The classroom computers are old and don't work. The Library borders on useless. The University bookstore regularly fails to stock required texts. Campus life? There isn't one. You can cheap out and come here to Pitt, but be prepared for a combination of disappointment and misery.
