Small class rooms, Peers become more like family through out semester rather than fellow students.

Excellent quality of education for the money. It's no longer "Polk Community College." It's now "Polk State College". You can get your bachelor's degree there! Go for business! There is a great professor there named Dr. Broxterman. He rocks!

all they care about is that you pay them not whether you pass or not especially the science courses and teachers.

I'm from the city, so I'm used to noise and busy traffic, this seemed more deserted and boring, yet more serious classmates. Most teachers were great, with the exception of 2 in particular. Which means their are good ones and horrible ones. Office staffs are very helpful and any document processing is done fairly quickly.
