i love this place its a great option if you want to transfer to a four year school
Overall 4.5
BAS degrees at a third of the price as anywhere else, for Water Quality Management or Computer Science. Spacious study areas. Study Groups get snacks provided. Nap room! Staff accommodates students w/ jobs. 30 students or less enables personalized assistance. Here, the staff cares to help you excel, unlike other colleges that try to weed you out.

Best school ever
Overall 4.5
Teachers are passionate, invested, and knowledgable, but the administration is absolutely clueless. Students are friendly and caring. Lots of art. Lots of good places to hang out between classes. It's a really unique and fantastic school. Great sense of community. I'm sad to be leaving! 3

This school is absolutely amazing! Besides the academics, there are tons of clubs, groups and events happening all the time. We will soon have the new PE department opening and this will be great. Professors love teaching and are very knowledgeable in their field. It's nice that we have classrooms that are up to date on technology. Love my school!!
Overall 4.5
This school is nestled near the Lakewood/Golden area. It is an easy commute if driving or via the W Line from RTD. The school is very inviting, due to the great staff that assist you. My peers have been great to get along with. Also, there are so many clubs and activities to keep you busy on your off time. GREAT SCHOOL!!

love Red Rocks. The faculty staff has been great to me. I'm of the older population, which actually is the majority. Peers have been helpful and willing to assist me, if needed. I haven't eaten on campus, so I can't comment on the food. The clubs seem to be several, however I inquire and never have gotten a response back. Internet could be better.
Overall 4.4
I love this school, this is the second Community college I have attended and couldn't be happier. I do think that It is a safe school, one thing that bothers me is the fact there are no cameras outside or in the parking lot for extra safety precautions especially for when it is dark out when leaving from night classes. Other then that I LOVE IT!!
Bad reviews

There are some teachers who are okay, but overall it seems like the teachers and administrators here aren't very competent. The wifi is terrible and IT support is a joke. It is also really difficult to find parking, and some classes required for your major may only be offered once per year or few sections.
Overall 1
Found out when I got to Mines that you have to take additional math and science classes, because the classes at Red Rocks are such low quality. It doesn't help that they cancel classes at every opportunity either. My last semester, over a week and a half of classes were cancelled. Pretty much everything at Red Rocks is super low quality.
Overall 1
They cancel class almost as much as they hold class. Administrators and faculty don't care much at all about students education. Constantly cutting student services while hiring more and more administrators who don't add any value to the already bad education they're pedalling.
Overall 1
The wifi is terrible and the network is totally unsecured (highly susceptible to man-in-the-middle attacks). Unfortunately the staff are about as amateur as the faculty, which could explain the lack of professional IT. Parking is never available and campus security don't enforce parking permits (even though they're required). Class choices are slim

Red Rocks is more like a really bad high school than a college. Amazing that they can charge thousands of dollars in tuition for such a substandard product. To be honest you would do better to attend almost any other school or put your money in the mattress.
Overall 1.1
school needs a lot of work. they cancel classes for even a little snow and have lockdown drills constantly which are very uncomfortable. also they spam your email
Overall 1.1
This school is bottom of the barrel. Unprofessional facility and administration. Competent instruction is a rarity. The janitors seem to be on point for whatever that's worth. Many classes in social sciences push a liberal political agenda, even when this has little relevance to the material. For what they charge in tuition the product is garbage.
Overall 1.3
This institution needs a lot of work. They do not care about the students. I wouldnt recommend coming to this school if you care about your education. The administration doesnt know how to budget. They would rather spend money on unnecessary things than the students. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY and go somewhere else.
Overall 1.6
I went to this college for over a year, and it's just OK. A lot of the teachers and faculty you meet will be great. However, the faculty in academic advising and financial aid have a high turnover rate making it hard to get consistent help. I also had a terrible work study experience at the Rec Center! The HR department protects the college only.
Overall 1.8
I don't like this school at all.
