This is my dream school. It couldn't be more perfect for me.
Overall 4.4
I'm not sure why everyone is so pessimistic about this school. It's gorgeous, and as far as I can tell the staff CARE and are paid to care too. And anyone who says the food is bad this semester (fall 2023) their lying or rich and used to caviar.
Overall 4.3
I love this school. I'm an entertainment design major, and I find the program very challenging and interesting. The facilities are really good and the campus is beautiful. Many new housing options, most apartment style. The only negative is everyone wants to live on campus, but there isn't enough space.
Overall 4.2
Awesome companies hire from here including Disney, Lucas Arts, Electronic Arts, Hallmark, Apple and more. Also 90% graduate with a job in their field.

Avoid this school like the plague. They'll suck money from you and you'll have nothing to show for it. School has gone as far as changing our meals and cooking staff to good quality meals only when visitors are going to arrive. Deceptive and fine you at every turn.
Overall 1.6
The best part of going here was that I eventually found a handful of teachers who understood my work and were passionate about bringing the best out of their students. In turn, I got some stellar recommendations for a great grad school where I feel like I got all of the learning and experience I lacked from RCAD. 10/10 would never go here again.
Overall 1.6
This school is only for those who are dedicated to their craft. If you want the real college experience it would be best to go to another school. All the kids here are weird and lame, plus there's no fun. The school is not diverse so if you're coming from a big city I would suggest you make a run for it.
Overall 1.8
Great reputation, but horrible learning environment. Admin is terrible. Housing is falling apart--riddled with mold and bugs. They admit more students every year, so housing is overcrowded, and there aren't enough classes to go around. Render farm is frequently clogged, to the point that it's faster to render on your own computer during finals.

Just don't go here. The only thing worth the money is the curriculum/professors. Most of the housing is outdated, disgusting or falling apart. The food is not great at all. School does not care for the students, only money. One on campus house I stood in had rats and it took 3 weeks to get any solution for the situation. There is so much wrong here.
