This is a great place to learn, grow, and get involved! Faculty really want you to understand the material, staff really cares about the well-being of their students, the maintenance folks are really nice, the security team makes you feel safe, the health center is great. Good location, beautiful campus.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS SCHOOL! WHEN YOU COMPLETE YOUR COURSEWORK, THEY LOSE YOUR TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS, AND DO NOT COMPLETE YOUR CERTIFICATION PAPERWORK! THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. THE COURSEWORK IS ALSO RIDICULOUS. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! VERY POOR SERVICE - NO JOB PLACEMENT AT ALL. COMPUTER LABS LOCKED- INTERNET OFTEN DOWN.

350 character limit is not enough to describe how horrible this school is. DO NOT GO HERE. It is toxic and outdated. The school is unbelievably cheap, and never has the student's best interests in mind. The professors are atrocious, housing is disgusting, meals and meal plans are a joke, and it is overall trash.

I completed my undergrad here, and I am in grad school now. Worst mistake ever! Go to NIU! RC is filled with cliques and the professors in the education dept. are not even subtle about playing favorites. Couple this with outrageous tuition and sub par campus maintenance, there is no wonder Rockford is on the Forbes most miserable list!

Rockford College was not a bad experience, but also was not all that great. I transfered to another school after 2 years. If they still offer the Regent's College program in London, you should take advantage of it. Tuition was way too expensive as was on-campus housing. I would consider a school in Chicago...

The food is awful and the dorms arent even worth half of what they make you pay to stay there. I was in crutches for 2 weeks and fell down the stairs with them twice because there is no elevator and no place to live where you dont need to change levels. No parties of any kind allowed. So the only area where you can socialize is through athletics.

Rockford was a wreck dangerous city felt like being in highschool for the two years i was there. go to a state school rockford has nothing to offer.

Dorm buildings have black mold, all the halls are old and most still use chalk boards, would rather eat jail food than the food here considering it makes you sick when you eat it, internet is so slow it takes 20 minutes to watch a 2 minute video. Definitely regret coming to this place. Very overpriced too. Get what you pay for? HA.. Yeah right

If you're looking for a place that has awful internet (Wi-Fi and computer labs), has food that will make you s*#t your pants, a grounds staff that doesn't know how to mow grass without throwing gravel and other debris at pedestrians walking to buildings , and dorms that are outdated and have mice, rats, and mold in them: This is your type of place.
