Good reviews
Overall 4.6
As a commuter student, this school has treated me well. There are plenty of activities that welcome all students, and this school works hard to have people connect. The small classrooms are truly an advantage. Every in-person professor I have had has been more than happy to help me. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for online.

It is the best school!! If you want the interaction between you and your instructor this is the best school for that. Classroom size is around 20-25, there are tons of activities on campus as well!! CHOOSE ROGERS STATE!!!!

Overall a really good school. If you don't put anything into your college experience you won't get anything out of it.
Overall 4.3
Pretty good college! VERY cheap compared to other schools in the area. Its not the best location but its an up and coming college for sure! sports teams are good. campus dorms are nice for college living. Its a very safe college and you get a good college experience for a nice price! Only down side is there isn't a football team. ..............

A great institution of higher learning and opportunities to learn from the best in different departments.
Overall 4.3
Best decision ever. Love my professors & friends at RSU. Small classes which means discussion and professors who know your name! I have learned so much from my time at RSU. Campus events are always a blast too!
Overall 4.2
A top D2 with atmosphere, location, and athletics. I transferred here and it was the best decision I ever made. I have been to 3 other colleges and the environment, food, and faculty here are way better. I believe some of the people rating have only ever been to one college and have no comparison. Successful students and student athletes go here.

I am a non traditional student. I am 26 with a full time job and kids. I do as many classes as I can online, but there are a lot I am unable to do as well. I love RSU and the college community itself. The professors are great and are so willing to help you if you want to help yourself.

If you're from a small town it might work for you.

If you are going into IT, stay far away from this university. Most of the IT professors here have no clue what they are doing, and they do not even teach the subject. Also, there are very little internship opportunities
Overall 1.5
This school was great in the beginning, but furthering into my education and they dont help you. Professors just teach because they have too. They dont actually teach, they just lecture and hope youre keeping up.

The place was good at the time because I commute, but I wish I went somewhere else.
Overall 1.6
It feels exactly like high school. I wish I would've chose to go away to college.
Overall 1.7
RSU has really good professors that are willing to help you. As far the campus goes, it sucks. It feels like your in high school all over again. There's no school spirit and its so small. If your coming just for education its cool but if you want the full college experience I suggest choosing some place else.

Credits don't transfer from surrounding colleges for some of the same classes. Understandable, but not if you were advised to take them at said colleges. The labs are outdated. Unorganized staff.
