Good reviews
Overall 4.5
SMU Law is great because: (1) overall, the professors are fantastic; (2) the school prepares you for practice better than most other schools, as attested by my internship employers who have commented that SMU students do the best work; and (3) it offers many resources to help students in any way possible, such as financial coaching or job hunting.

PROS: Good campus. Good professors. Good reputation and alumni network (in DFW and the region). Good city(plenty to do: bars, clubs, events, restaurants, parks, biking/walking trails, malls ...) CONS: It annoys me when a top 50 law school with expensive tuition renovates the library and puts a new floor in Storey Hall, but still has peeling paint.
