great campus would want my kids to go here
Overall 4.8
A small affordable college, that treats you like a person and not a number. Wonderful experience, with great and caring professors, and just an all-around great school.

This school has some great, strong science programs (nursing, biology, etc.). The food is BETTER than high school lunches. Athletics are great, but we don't have football nor tennis due to SJC being a smaller private Catholic college. Some professors are great, while others are NOT good (depending on classes you take here).

AWESOME!

Such a great school but its what you make of it! If you are out in the community and joining clubs/athletics/etc, youll have a GREAT time! You cant just stay in your dorm if youre looking for fun... Theres so much to join and theres a wonderful community. The party life at the school is also very good considering the size.
Overall 4.1
This school has a beautiful campus. The student population is relatively small, making it feel more like a community. Some of the professors are great.

Very small, and word spreads fast. Your experience is 100% what you make of it. You basically determine if you will have a good time or not. The school is very into athletics. It is a strong D3 school. The school is also into nursing a lot, this is what the school is known for. There are many clubs/activities.

I'm very unhappy with my decision of attending St. Joes. They really do not do a great job accommodating you. Requesting room changes is nearly impossible, getting a job on campus is near impossible, advisors have weird rules about what classes they will let you take. Everything closes ridiculously early. The party scene is over by like midnight.
Overall 1.5
If you're from Maine and play a sport, this is the place for you. However, it's pretty much High School all over again. If you aren't from Maine: Do Not Go Here! Esp. if you're from Mass. or the city. This school is in the middle of nowhere and if you don't have a car you're screwed. PS everyone goes home on the weekends.
Overall 1.6
Always trying to get more money from students any way they can.
Overall 1.6
Campus is in the middle of no where. The shuttle is unreliable if you want to go somewhere and sometimes doesn't even show up. Everything from the book store to the cafe closes ridiculously early and the menu is very short. The dinning hall hours are also very limited. The campus however is pretty in the few weeks with nice weather
Overall 1.6
The school is okay, but wasn't better than I had expected it to be.
Overall 1.6
Don't waist your money or your time with transferring. Just avoid from the beginning. The school is really small and full of cliques. They play favorites its easy to since its smaller than my high school. Hidden fees are everywhere. Awful school
Overall 1.7
Awful. Just awful
Overall 1.8
Everything about this place sucks. High School part 2.
Overall 1.8
This campus is just like high school all over again very little college like experiences.
Overall 1.9
Do not waste your time and money with this school. Both of the friends I made including myself are transferring after the first semester. The nursing program is good, but aside from that, there is nothing special. Food is terrible, and it is just like high school. The administration does not care about you at all, they just want your money.
