They have a plethora of programs to get you on your way. Dr. Gullarys staff, Mrs. Davis, and Mrs. McDaniel in student support in whiting are the best.

The school is a hidden treasure
Overall 4.1
Since this campus is pretty good, they have a shuttle bus that runs around the school is so I think that is very convenient for the students to use.

I love my SSU! This is a excellent university! i loved it from the first time i visited. The school is not too big, or too small, in my opinion I it is just right. The school does not cost as much and it is in a beautiful location. The student body & faculty are like a family, we are OneSSU!! You can get anywhere from here!

I am a junior at SSU currently and I must say I love my SSU!!!! Being here has taught me so much. Like any school we have our problems here but I'm happy that I do go here. Student life is the best part of being on this campus. We stay turnt and we never turn down for anything. If you come here you won't regret it. I know I don't.

Highschool 2.0 campus is dirty, wifi is horrendous, students are more worried about where their next 8th is coming from more than their grades, syllabus are old and not accurate. If you’re goal isn’t med or law school it’s a waste of money because no employer is gonna take you seriously with a Savannah state degree

This school is horrible. The staff does not care about their students at all. The financial aid office, only cares about money and doesn't care about students. Staff are very rude and impolite. Savannah State University is a very unorganized, terrible school. I would never recommend this school to anyone at all. Save your money please!!
Overall 1.3
This school has a very unprofessional staff. The staff in uncaring, and you will find yourself to be more intelligent than the staff there. Not a fan of this school.
Overall 1.4
You ever been to the projects ? Yeah it's that with a college inside of it .
Overall 1.5
Unless all you do is party, this school sucks. I transferred here and some days I wish that I hadn't. Only good thing is that Savannah is a very convenient city. Lots of off campus housing and if you go here, you'll need that since security and housing both suck.
Overall 1.5
I had to transfer out of here. The school has virtually no resources. Food is terrible, buildings are old, housing is ran atrociously. Locals come on and off campus breaking into students rooms. Someone gets shot around or on campus very frequently. Also a degree from here carries no prestige, you are better off with your diploma!
Overall 1.6
Spring semester 2018 will be my last here. I've been her a year and I tried to give savannah state a chance but this is really an awful school. From the food to the housing to the administration everything sucks, its like a high school honestly 13th grade lol . Please do yourself a favor and save your money and go to a better institution. only came here because it was cheap but housing sucks need more options. need more food options also. professors don't care about you. school lacks organization and staff is rude. savannah is very small and there's nothing to do around here you'll only enjoy yourself downtown if you're 21 and up. only friends make it fun. don't really learn here

The students have no school pride so they through trash on the campus. Social events have two levels boring and out of control party.
