Overall 4.6
If you're looking for a place where you want your college experience to be controlled by your hands, then Schreiner University is the place for you. Great environment that's small enough to know the whole community.
Overall 4.6
If you want to establish yourself as a professional, this is your place.
Overall 4.5
Schreiner University focuses on building a strong relationship between faculty and students. This means that there are amazing opportunities to be mentored and coached in whatever field of study you choose.

Love it!!!!! I would recommend coming here, no doubt. It's a small University, but the professors are(normally) awesome!
Overall 4.3
Schreiner is absolutely amazing. The people hired here actually want to know who their students are. The staff knows who you are by name and you are counted for. You are not a number at this school you are a person. The beautiful scenery here is also an added bonus

Graduated in 1989. Loved the professors at Schreiner as well as the social life. The studentteacher ratio is awesome. It was nice having professors that were available to talk to. I learned to be independent, and to think for myself. I learned to write essays and research papers properly, something high school doesn't really teach you to do.
Overall 4.1
Great school and beautiful campus. Everyone cares about you, and it's easy to find support for anything you need.
Overall 4.1
Great campus, great financial aid, awesome tutors. Someone is always willing to help. Campus looks very nice. Everything is very clean and presentable. Most of the professors are very personable and eager to help you.

I transferred by second semester. it was the worst choice of my life to go here. I transferred to UTSA and liked it a lot more.

i’ve been here for about 3 and a half years now and schreiner doesn’t care for anyone. all the higher ups put themselves on this pedestal thinking they’re the best. they preach about doing good but doesn’t see what their little helpers are doing behind their backs. the professors are somewhat okay, some don’t know what they’re doing.
Overall 1.6
The faculty really try but they are always overloaded and are not provided the ad,inistrative support tha is needed to do a quality job. The adminstrators are a laughing stock. They give 50 minute speeches at events in which they say absolutely nothing. It is embarrassing even to be there, god forbid that you've brought a date or a guest.
Overall 1.9
Small university with little opportunity unless tou live on campus. Have many courses that only one professor teaches, which is bad. Some professors are smart, but take it to a condescending arrogance and wont be rationale with their teaching style. The students are still into catching pokemon, dungeons and dragons, and power rangers.

This school is terrible
Overall 2
Schreiner is a very small school that feels more like a high school than a university. I'm transferring after one year here. If you want to feel like you're stuck in high school for another four years, then this is the place to go.
Overall 2
Schreiner is exactly the same feel as highschool, lots of cliques and gossiping. There is nothing to do in the town, so don't come here expecting a nightlife. Schreiner will brag about aspects of this school but they don't turn out to be true. You're going to want to transfer but it isn't easy, because the credits are weird and don't transfer.
