I have been to ARC and City College in the past, hands down, Sierra tops any community college in the sacramento/placer area. Not only are there an abundance of valuable resources available to ensure you have a successful academic experience, it is loaded with the top professors who are genuine, thorough, exciting, I love it and am grateful.

Love Sierra. This is my third semester. The supportive faculty, caring teachers, and beautiful campus make Sierra a great college. I have worked in different departments and have never experienced anything besides the highest respect and absolute integrity from all management and teacher. So thankful for this amazing campus.

COmpletely unhelpful staff, terrible teachers, and an awful website that is always down. I get Bs at SRJC, had a 3.7 GPA in high school, and I get terrible grades here. The teachers here are terrible, unhelpful, and unaccomidating. I will be taking classes elsewhere from now on.

Cafeteria people are extremely rude! Teachers act like it's High School and didn't let students go to the bathroom or take it personally when you need to leave class. Nobody talks to each other very antisocial place.
Overall 1.3
The worst 1 non of the teachers I have had seem to care about teaching 2 in this school if you didn't drop your class within the 1st 2 weeks, you will not be able to drop it and you will get F 3 administrative staff non profession, they hang up on me cuz they don't have answer 4 counselor very miss leading will made you take unnecessary classes

WORST SCHOOL EVER. I had one teacher who was helpful out of four the semester that I was there. The website is complete crap and they don't send over your transcripts correctly. I got ONE of my classes transferred. Forget about the other three classes I worked my butt off on. Save yourself and don't go to this school.
