Overall 4.8
The new dorms that were recently built are really nice and the security overnight is also something to take note of. I think SCC in Linocln is a great place to go to school to go whether your plans are to transfer or go straight into the workforce. The instructors are really nice as well and seem to care about your success and grades.

Scc is the best two year college.

I've never been happier at a school, I love this place!
Overall 4.2
Wrapping up my second year at SCC before transferring and I’ve been really pleased with the whole experience. I highly HIGHLY recommend the CNA course. Really wonderful staff that genuinely care about you and want you to succeed, but will also hold you to high standards to push you. All of the med science staff are also great ?
Overall 4.2
Amazing instructors and nice campus! Very helpful, if they don't know the answer, they will help find someone who does. It's nice to be able to pay for books and school expenses with your financial at the bookstore, not all other schools offer this and then you have to pay for your books out of pocket before you get your refund. Very good school!

it's a great school.

I already love SCC. I am just finishing up my first semester and Im happy to be here. I wish there were more clubs and better organized social events. But overall the education and support from staff is incredible. Sometimes things are scaryespecially as a transfer student. Oh! Also! Amazing food that is made by the students!! Love, love, love!!
Overall 4.1
The design program is intense, but so worth it.

I have attended under the Academic Transfer program and maintained a 3.2 or higher average GPA for the entire duration of my associates degree under Science. After becoming acclimated with how this school is run, I learned that instructors don't really care if you pass or fail; only a FEW! Be extremely careful who you choose as an instructor!
Overall 1.3
I've enrolled in several online and classroom courses at SCC. The quality of the teaching staff is very poor. Most act like teaching isn't their top priority. They assign mindless "busy work" that takes hours upon hours. I've attended college before, I can't believe this school can legally be called a college.
Overall 1.5
If you like feeling like you're being rushed through a line with a cattle prod, you will love SCC. No real "teaching" happening here, just a lot of "instructors" reading from boring power points as fast as they can, then assigning loads of meaningless assignments. Instructors take little interest in the subject matter and even less in there student
Overall 1.7
Poorly run school. Instructors don't seem interested in teaching. They seem to think a heavy work load helps students learn, but the busy work almost all of the instructors assign is mindless. All classes seem to have the same dull format regardless of the instructors teaching style or subject. Very poor education. Going back to UNL next year.
Overall 1.7
Cheap tuition = cheap education.I graduated from a major university and decided to take some refresher courses before I went to grad school and I feel as though I've wasted my time and money. Don't bother. Take your hard-earned money elsewhere. This institution is a narrow-minded, bubble-enclosed JOKE.
Overall 1.7
it's inexpensive and i've liked almost all my teachers. financial aid office very helpful. they dont make effort to advise you, you are on your own. the couple times i've went to an advisor, they made me feel i was bothering them. would be nice to have an advisor take interest in how things are going for me. still, good for cheap first two years.
Overall 1.8
it's okay. Let's see if they start to care about adding more professors for the actual degrees and NOT for gen ed classes. We need at least 3 teachers to pick for our specializations and not be stuck with one.
Overall 1.9
It's difficult to enjoy learning when you can tell that some of your professors don't want to be there.

it's affordable but the teachers could be better
