SWAU is great! I made amazing friendships here feel care for, wanted and loved in campus! I am a business major and here I got to network with many wells off business alumni. Thanks to this I got an internship with one of them in New York City. Swau is and has been a great blessing in my life since day one. And the new Chef's food is AMAZING!!

SWAU is a small university but with many teachers with extraordinary hearts! When I came here freshmen year I felt so accepted and wanted on campus I could not stop smiling. Also, the sunsets on the duck pond are magical my friends and I stop there take pictures. Each department is super helpful especially student finance and I.T. very sweet people

I honestly LOVE Southwestern so much. It may be a small campus, but everyone is just so darn friendly. We all treat each other like family. There is a place of acceptance for everyone. The professors are great and the other faculty members care about the students as individuals. This university feels like my home away from home.

Best kept secret in Texas. You have to come to see how good it is!

SWAU's present leadership is killing the school. It is sad to see this school fail over the past 5 or 6 years. I would not send my children or grandchildren under this administration.
Overall 1.1
This school provides very poor educations from ignorant teachers and terrible academic staff members. If you intend on graduating with a nursing degree from this campus, good luck! You're gonna need it because this school does not prepare you at all for the licensing exams. All in all, I had a negative experience, and wasted ten grand. Save yours.

As a parent, I would not and could not recommend this school to anyone. Total dishonesty by administration is to be expected.
Overall 1.3
Academic reputation is very poor as well as school leadership.
Overall 1.5
Schools Reputation is very bad.
Overall 1.9
Do not trust/believe/count on anything that anyone in the administration/financial aid offices tell you. Many are downright rude. Was only impressed with three of my many professors. I think that being Adventist overrides any other education or qualifications.
