I absolutely love Southwestern, I have attended classes at almost all other community colleges in San Diego and Southwestern is by far the best. The faculty is what makes it so special, I feel like I'm accepted, encouraged and supported here. The main campus was beautiful before construction but it will be even better once they are done. 1000/10

The support all departments give to students is outstanding. Professors are interested in students success and provide quality time to help you succeed. Online Professors are as accessible as in campus. The mental health department was extra involved during the pandemic, pursuing their students mental health. I love SWC! Go Jaguars!

Ive only had one bad professor and to me that is everything! I love college so much because of this school that I am going to school to become a Sociology Professor. My goal after getting my masters is to teach at Southwestern and give back to this school because it changed my life. EVERY STAFF member to professor has made my experience amazing!

Felt more like an extension of high school being at Southwestern, compared to when I moved to another community college. Construction has been going on for some time now, so it's good the campus is getting an update since lots of the buildings seem outdated. No social life on campus.
