I LOVE SWIC! so many negative people! if you don't like the food there are many choices across the street! the success center is amazing, They are all very helpful (although signing in is a pain haha) And for those of you with trouble with teachers: you have to do some research to know who is going to fit with your learning style.

Everyone who went to college in my family has attended this one and loved it! I love it as well.

It's a great little campus. It's easily accessible by Metro Bus & Metro Link. Plenty of well lit parking. Starbucks on the 2nd Floor of the LA Building. The Main Campus is a little dated but, very well maintained. The IS & LA building are very nice.

I am Graduating this semester and am very sad to be leaving. There are many great and helpful teachers here. They are always willing to help!

The instructors are what make swIc worth attending. Pay close attentioN, they can take you to the NEXT phase in life, and will go the extra mile to involve Their students with their systems thinking. I am thoroughly impressed with the teaching methods Just used. It can be a difficult transition, from H.S, but you'll make connections eventually.

Absolutely terrible.

After applying to this school, I quickly found that the fincial aid department would be no help with my fincial aid issues. If anything they made things worse. They kept adding things to my to do list. As if they don't want students to go here. They treat the students like they are scum. They also lie to the incoming students about their aid.
Overall 1.1
I have spent several semesters here and the quality of teacher is hit and miss. I know a staff member personally, and they told me that SWIC hires the least qualified and experienced teachers as possible to save money. I have seen teachers come and go quickly and I feel that my experience in the classroom leaves a lot to be desired.
Overall 1.2
SWIC has cancelled some of my required courses just a few days before class was supposed to start with no other options. I also get different answers from the business office when I try to get help there. The internet and food choices are not good. I will have to finish elsewhere since they keep cancelling classes at the last minute! Avoid SWIC!
Overall 1.3
The instructors I had either did not know what they were teaching or just did not care. It is hard to get a straight answer out of anyone. The business and financial offices are particularly awful. I am so happy I switched schools!!! Go here ONLY has a last resort. Negative vibes all over campus too. Just weird.
Overall 1.4
The president of this college is an accountant. That should tell you everything you need to know about how the school is run. It's administration are the president's friends and family. The morale of the instructors is at an all time low. Avoid this school at all costs.
Overall 1.5
CAfe sucks. they need organic food. very hard to make friends here.
Overall 1.6
The school is very expensive and when you try to buy something cheap they tax up to 10 and the air quality is bad the air condition won't be on when it is supposed to other than that it's a cool school.
Overall 1.6
There are much better, affordable options for an education. Whether or not you get a good teacher is luck of the draw. Some are great, and some are terrible. Many instructors seem to simply not care. Support offices are terrible from financial aid to advising and the overall vibe I get is that no one cares about the students at all.
Overall 1.7
Didnt enjoy my time at SWIC.
