The law school experience here is what you make of it. It is an ABA-accredited law school and therefore its programs are designed to be difficult. Tens of thousands have graduated from this institution and gone on the lead highly successful careers. Some of my best life mentors besides my parents are from Southwestern.

Southwestern is a school that cares with phenomenal professors. Dont mind the exceptions, overall it is a really great school that builds extremely thoughtful and reputable lawyers. Very big community
Overall 4
Southwestern has been around for a long time and is well respected in the area, especially for criminal, international and entertainment law. The professors are top-notch graduates from schools such as Stanford, Harvard, etc. and they deliver quality teaching. The campus is small enough to know everyone. Dean Prager genuinely cares about students!

Bad reviews
Overall 1
This campus does not care about its students. They only care about making money and putting students in massive debt.

The absolute worst! Don not come here for Scale. It is a complete sh*t show. Also, do not come here for entertainment. This schools goal is to churn out at many DAs and public defenders as possible! Nearly every Scale offering is centered around this. Oh and the "elective" in true schedule, its chosen for you and lucky me I got Emp. Discim

Do not let the scholarship offers fool you! The curve is harder than other schools and 60% of the people who get merit based scholarships lose them. It's a bait and switch and they are a joke of a school. Seriously, be careful and do NOT go here just because you got offered a merit based scholarship.
