I graduated from Suffolk Community College, Brentwood, NY Campus in 1997 as a single mother. I am know an Advanced IT Support Analyst at Kaiser Permanente in GA. I love my job.
Professor Cappuccio was an inspiration to me. He believed in me when I didn't believe in myself l.
Thank you sooo much Professor Cappuccio and Suffolk Community College.

Suffolk is not high school 2.0. It is a real college with college expectations. Attendance is mandatory, assignments are due, tests reflect your understanding, and friends are to be made. Use this site to navigate the good/bad professors. Do your work, join a club, and show effort. That's what it takes be successful. I am proud to attend here.

I didnt think I would dread moving on from Suffolk to a four year, but Ive just had such a good experience here that Im afraid a four year will not compare once I transfer. Truly a wonderful stepping stone.

Anyone can get a degree from here. Even my dog can beat 89% of the students who attend at this place on tests and more.

Its suffolk, you get what you pay for. As far as social life goes, you will have better luck making friends at the bar then you will on this campus. Everyones roughly 30+ years old with kids that are as old as i am (18). Go there if you want a college degree without the fun, friends, and experience you would get at a university.
