Great school.

Texas Tech has an amazing campus that is only going to get better. Unlike other college campuses in Texas we have buildings with really beautiful architecture that pretty much all match. The master plan for campus is amazing, you can find it at https://www.texastech.edu/fpc/vision.php . Campus is going to be more tree filled with malls, and parks.

This is currently my first semester here at Texas Tech, and I'm glad to say that I truly love it here. The professors truly care about your learning and their teaching and the campus is great. There are many places to study or just hang out. There's always events or sports games happening and Lubbock also has a handful of other things to do.

Any school is what you make of it, personally this school is everything I wanted.

TTU is a mediocre state school with lazy, underqualified professors who can not teach. The professors are rude and cold with general bad attitudes. This is specifically true for the Rawls College of business.

Short and sweet. Lubbock is a shithole. There isn't a night without shootings. The dust storms and overall weather is horrendous. There is nothing to do. The people are nasty bigots who never grew up. The tech teachers are as about as competent as a bag of dirt and try to sleep with their students. You won't learn a thing. Everyone drives drunk.

Lubbock is awful and so is tech. Computer Science department is a joke. Do not come here under any circumstances.

Texas Tech has given me nothing but depression and terrible experiences. The campus and teachers are generally nice, but if you are deciding whether to come here or not, GO ELSEWHERE! Literally everything costs money, and I can't even park at the school that I pay to attend, and if you try, you get a ticket. I hate this place.

300 professors gang banged me at once and then shat on me and made me dance around it while they yelled "MONKEY MONKEY BIG FAT MONEKY". they then shot me with a bazooka for saying lubbock sucks. one of the advisors gave me rat aids too :( I was then kidnapped by admin and raped till I exploded. god let me come back to write this. #terrible
Overall 1.6
The opportunities at tech are misleading and often have red tape and require you to jump through unnecessary hoops. Access to campus is awful, the bus system is unreliable and parking is expensive and few and far between. If I could go back in time, I would not go to Texas Tech. Academic facilities are falling apart but the stadium is redone twice.
Overall 1.9
The worst decision I have ever made in my life was to come to Texas Tech. Lubbock is the worst city on this entire planet and as soon as I graduate this city will NEVER see me again. I have never met such horrendous people in my life. The day i leave I am blocking everyone. This school has brought me nothing but depression, anxiety and BOREDOM

I stepped foot on campus in August 2021, I was undergoing treatment and rehab from a Charcot Marie tooth foot injury, bus systems were ok quality, but the CASE program at the Burkhart is not what I expected only two other students and I fully participate in every event scheduled. The student Health center is nowhere helpful.
