I love this school! People are friendly and fun, and the classes are great. Many opportunities for research.
Overall 4.5
Loved my time here
Overall 4.5
The students are sooo welcoming and the professors honestly care about you and want to help. It has a metro stop so it's very easy to explore the city.
Overall 4.5
Great School. All the guys are cools and all the girls are cooler. Very cool, people who are real smart and chill, but do work as well. Good and Bad. Greatest people you will ever meet. You graduate and can't live near everyone. But CUA has great spirit for fun there and after one graduates. CUAers are a secret society of Fun n the US of A.
Overall 4.4
I could not imagine myself anywhere else! I love my time here and I am so thankful for not only the faith life but the people and opportunities... It does not compare to any other school in DC.
Overall 4.4
Great sciences and engineering! Students get to work on research with professors and scientists and engineers from NASA,NIH and other agencies in DC. Location is fabulous for internships.
Overall 4.4
I love it here and want to stay forever.
Overall 4.3
Well known in the Catholic world and Northeast, not really known outside of that. Brookland is GREAT and being in DC on such a big campus even better. Very safe. A lot of social stuff is based on Community Service. Opportunity is there but you have to reach out. Campus grounds are great, lots of beautiful historic buildings with bad AC/Heat. <3

Terrible Engineering School
Overall 1.3
The school administration is terrible and never try to improve students' academic life. The location is meh; many robberies around campus, and it's very dangerous after 6 pm.
Overall 1.7
CUA: not well known, classes taught mostly by postgrads and doctoral students, little resources, sketchy neighborhood, tuition fees are too expensive. I would transfer if I could. It is difficult studying here knowing that Georgetown is less than 10 miles away!
Overall 1.7
I am a student in the school of music. The level of the school is so low, there are not enough musicans to form a chamber orchestra, the building is falling apart, and we pay a lot for nothing the school doesnt provide students with good performance opportunities, facilities, opportunities outside school, masterclasses etc..
Overall 1.8
Absolute last choice. Not worth the money. Best thing about it is the proximity to Capital Hill and the rest of the city. I have had a few good professors, one or two great professors, but 75% of them are awful. Clubs are ok, dorms are awful. There are far too many Grad Students teaching classes and they don't know what they're doing.
Overall 2
Honestly: if you can go somewhere else just do there. The campus is located in the dodgy end of DC, the facilities (particularly at the music school) are terrible, and in general the level is mediocre. Also, if you are not into praying every day and at all times, and not interested in christian activities, you are in the wrong place for sure.
